This is not easy. Language schools normally offer accommodation with a family, or in a small apartment. Neither normally welcome a dog (and 2 dogs are even more difficult ?)
It may be worth considering %26quot;Aparthotels%26quot;, but who will look after the dogs during the day ?
You can ask for accommodation, or enquire about boarding kennels on the local forum at : http://the-languedoc-page.com/forum

Is the only option to go to a language school in Montpellier. Can you not find a suitable place to rent which takes dogs and have private French Lessons?
I do know a person who used to teach French (fully qualified) in the UK and now lives about 40 mins from Montpellier.
How long are you planning to come across for? Is it Montpellier where you want to stay? I know of a rental inland which may take dogs.
