Eating at Disneyland Paris at Christmas

Hello All,

Can you help. We are going to Disneyland Paris on the 15th December 2008 for 5 days. Can anybody give a bit of advise or some tips on eating at Disnelyland Paris. I have been there but it was quite a few years ago and I found it quite expensive. We are a group of 7 with a 4 year old, a 7 year old and 2 teenagers age 16 and 15.

Any other advise for a trip here at Christmas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Maria

Hi --

First - December 15 - 20 isn%26#39;t considered to be Christmas by most French people - it%26#39;s just December 15 - 20.

Do a search here on the forum for CDG - DLP transportation on the RER. Also, Google Disney and Disneyland Paris. There are Disney-specific bulletin boards where you will find much more good information than ever appears here on the Paris forum.

If you found it expensive a few years ago then I don%26#39;t think you will find it cheap now.

Last week we ate at at Videopolis (2 adults/1 child) sharing 2 meals for 18 Euro (chicken nuggets, chips, coke, orange juice and a fish burger).

For evening meal, we ate at Planet Hollywood which was around the 80 euro mark for the 3 of us, not including drinks bought from the bar beforehand.

I seem to recall a cup of coffee from one of the outdoor stalls was around 3 (perhaps 3.5) euro (for a decent large cup).

On a previous visit, we made rolls up at breakfast time to take with us to eat in the park as we did not like the food, nor the queues to get the unpleasant food. I did not like doing this, and have not done it again.

I went last year at the same time you are going and found the park to be not too busy, except at the weekend, but eating out at the Disney village was always busy and we needed to book ahead, esp. for places like Cafe Mickey.

Thanks both
