You really need to provide ***MORE DETAIL***...otherwise just book any of these--
HÔTEL PLAZA ATHÉNÉE--

FOUR SEASONS-HÔTEL GEORGE V--

RITZ PARIS--

HÔTEL de CRILLON--

HÔTEL Le MEURICE--

Sinlges will probably begin at 500€ and Doubles at 700€ per night....and soar quickly from there. All are perfectly okay hotel choices, that are centrally located for %26#39;moving around%26#39;.
But....If you have a somewhat more modest hotel budget range (75€-100€ per night, 100€-150€, 150€-200€, etc ???) and any other personal preferences, priorities, special needs, etc ???....sharing these will probably get you much better, more individually directed responses to your needs.
