Paris 1 Day looking for a Tour Guide?

Can someone suggest a tour guide for Paris. we will be there for one day in Jan. My Husband, Our 11 yr old daughter and myself. We would love to try to see as much as possible and catch a bit to eat (nothing fancy). Can someone suggest a tour guide or guided tour either private or group that may fit our needs. We have never been to Paris before.

I%26#39;ve heard that the people from Paris Walks are good. It%26#39;s the same organisation that does the London Walks, and I know by experience that they%26#39;re usually great storytellers.

Try to get Michael Osman at Parisfind.com Our family and friends have used him on many occasions and he is excellent.

We were in Paris in August (my husband, my 17 year old daughter and myself) and Michael Osman was our guide. We came to Paris on the Eurorail from London for the day.

Michael was at the Station to meet us with travel tickets and we caught the bus straight away.

He showed us all the sights of Paris that we wished to see. He was absolutely fantastic and very reasonable.

We couldn%26#39;t beleive all the places we saw.

We used public transport and walked but that was great as we saw a lot of things that you wouldn%26#39;t see if you just used the buses etc.

None of us have French only English and as Michael is American, it was perfect.

I would definitely recommend Michael.

He is a very nice person and very knowledgeable on Paris.
