Hi, I am arriving at CDG Terminal 1 and I need to meet someone who is arriving in CDG 2A. Advice?

As simple as taking the %26#39;habitrail%26#39; escalators down to the lowest %26#39;..Boutiques..%26#39; level of CDG #1, then looking for the entrance to the free CDGVAL shuttle/train. Take the CDGVAL shuttle train (frequency 1-every-4-minutes) to the end-of-the-ligne at CDG2 (8 mins...CDGVAL station located between the CDG2 TGV/RER train station and CDG #2-F air terminal. Then walk the 800 yards of so through the interconnected CDG #2 terminal buildings to CDG #2-A

Reporting after a successful Charles de Gaulle %26quot;rendez-vous%26quot;: Thanks to those of you who suggested taking the CDGVAL, and particularly to those of you who suggested in previous posts to meeting at the Sheraton Hotel in Terminal 2.
My mother and I ended up meeting successfully and without anxiety by agreeing to meet in the lobby of the Sheraton. She, coming in to Terminal 2A, walked to the Sheraton and waited there (there aren%26#39;t too many signs). I, arriving in Terminal 1, retrieved my bags, exited the baggage/%26quot;secure%26quot; area and found the CDGBAL elevator, which took me to the free shuttle train. I took the train to Terminal 2, followed the signs for 2A and eventually ran into the Sheraton.
If anyone has a similar problem of not knowing where to meet a second party when you arrive at different terminals at Charles de Gaulle Airport, I would definitely suggest meeting at the Sheraton. It was very simple, even for my mother, who doesn%26#39;t speak a lick of French.
Thanks for the help!

Just to clarify, the Sheraton is across the %26#39;lobby%26#39; area from the RER/SNCF ticket offices, not at the other end where you find 2A.
