Walking almost anywhere in the City of Lights is very romantic, hard to pick just one. Sunset on one of the bridges with a view of the Eiffel Tower is on top of my list%26gt;

Sitting on the steps at Sacre Couer at night. Taking a cruise on the Seine at sunset, that scenery behind Notre Dame is very special.
