Four single adults need a chalet or 2 bedroom hotel. We arrive on Xmas day for 4 nights. We%26#39;re struggling to find a hotel that accepts anything less than a week. Definitely looking for upscale accomodation.

It will be difficult Courchevel is one of Frances premier resorts, have you tried the portetta hotel and or the Hotel du Golf they are both located in courchevel 1650.
The ski resorts in europe cater for on a week by week basis and dont tend to do less than 7 nights. You might get luck with one of the lower star hotels, the only one I can recommend is the Edelweiss, read my review on it.
For information Courchevel 1850 is the more prosperous part of the resort and 1650 is a smaller village which in my opinion has more of a french village feel is far more personnel.

You%26#39;re traveling during the busiest time of the ski season. The higher end accommodation is usually booked out at this time of year, no matter which continent interests you. Go to www.courchevel.com. Perhaps you%26#39;ll find something there.
Bonne chance.

Hi,
As per the other replies, I think you%26#39;re going to struggle with this. Your options are probably limited to taking the rooms for a week (or probably 2 weeks if you have to stay for the Sunday night as well) and only using it when you want to, or looking outside the resorts if you can bear to travel up when you want to ski.
To this end you might find something in Moutiers or the surrounding villages that suits your purpose.
Otherwise I think you%26#39;ll have to be flexible and throw money at the problem - check all the villages in that valley down to La Tania to see if you can find something.
Good luck,
Matt
