... this apartment and the associated rental company: http://www.rentals-paris.com/arcole.shtml
We are three (one couple %26amp; one single) traveling in May 2009, looking for a two bedroom at 2000 Euro or less per week. This seems to fit the bill, but looking for opinions.
Also considering this one, but the 2nd bedroom is not completely private:

I know nothing about either company. That first apartment is beautiful and very well located. It should be for that price. If you like it, and it%26#39;s within your budget, go for it if you get good reports on the company.
Have a look at this one: http://vacationinparis.com/apts/id_123.htm and see what you think. I stayed in this one a couple of years ago. It was great. Have fun.

parisbestlodge gets good reviews on this forum. So does parisaddress (which I, personally, can recommend).
Recently, luv2travelSydney posted about http://www.holidays-france-rentals.com - which looks like it has really nice places at reasonable prices.
€2,000 is a pretty good max budget for a week.

I really would be wary of an apartment whose views are %26quot;entirely of the inner courtyard%26#39; We spent a miserable week in Paris when it rained, our only view being of the lightwell which could be considered an inner courtyard. You want a view, especially at that price, of Paris itself. The pictures of the back of Notre Dame are not the views from the apartment and the peek of the tower from the kitchen window will not lift your soul.
A previous posted once listed this site and it may be in your price range. Anyway, it just looks more luxurious in furniture, layout and is a great position just across from the Louvre and certainly has a Parisian outlook. Some of the others on the sit also look beautiful.

Sorry
parisvacationapartments.com/prop-palaisroyal…
There are a number here, fairly pricy but beautiful.
We were in Seattle in July for all of 1 day. Ate at the Pink Door. Yum!

We rented from Paris Best Lodge in May and are doing so again next spring. Thierry is very pleasant to deal with and has an easy booking system with no big upfront deposits to worry about. We rented the Place des Voges last year and are looking forward to staying in the Napoleon in May.
Have a great vacation!
