Bonjour!

I am purchasing an apartment in Block H and expect my keys in the new year.

Will be organising a trip with friends, weekend of 25th September 2009 for 2 or 3 nights, but as my apartment will sleep only 6, I%26#39;m looking to rent another apartment in the complex that sleep 6.

Party will be all mature ladies and as you will appreciate, being an owner myself, every care will be taken during rental.

I too, am looking for another apartment to rent on the complex for that weekend.

Thanks for your question, I will not be looking to rent it out, intention is to use it as a second home.

Hopefully as the complex becomes finished, more apartments will become available to rent.

try val@holiday-habitats.com - she has an excellent flat which I rented last month, but it%26#39;s only one bedroom, beautifully kitted out. Next time I require two bedrooms, hence my replying to this site. Val is hoping to add a two-bedder to her portfolio, but I was just checking this lady out in case that doesn%26#39;t happen.

We are also taking possession of our own apartment in Domaine Juan Flore next year and will be looking to let it out throughout the summer.

We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor in block E which may suit your requirements. At this stage we haven%26#39;t considered costs but expect to be able to charge around 1200 Euro per week in high season.

We are on the final phase to be released and so do not expect to get the keys until June but plan to purchase most of our furniture in the UK and be ready to let by July.

We are currently looking at kitchens and wondered where you sourced yours from.

Please get back to us if you are interested or have any advice re the kitchen.

Thanks for your response kitchen being purchased through Mobalpa. I know others at Juan Flore have purchased from IKEA and driven over with it! Suggest you go on google.fr and click on %26quot;translate this page%26quot; and search for whatever you need. See www.mobalpa.com

When I was over there in April, I caught the train to Cannes and then a bus (opposite the Film Exhibition Centre) to %26quot;Mandelieu%26quot;. There is a retail park (where Mobalpa is) which has B%26amp;Q style stores with furniture, kitchens, soft furnishings etc. It costs only 1 Euro on the bus and approx 2 Euros on the train. A great day out!!

We are looking to rent a second apartment just for the weekend of 25th Sept next year, would you be interested in renting yours - if so for how much for the 2 days?
