Hi there,
I have an early flight, 7:20 AM at CDG. I%26#39;ll be flying back to Brazil. So I decided to spend the night before my flight at one of the Ibis hotel near the airport. I suppose there are shuttle service from these hotels to Terminal 2 - I coudn%26#39;t find this information in the hotel%26#39;s website. So my questions are:
- how frequent are these shuttles?
- what time do they begin operating?
- how long do they take to reach the T2, on average?
- how far in advance should I do the check in?
Thanks a lot.

There are 7 Ibis hotels serving CDG. It%26#39;s important to know for which one you are requesting information.
In any event, it%26#39;s unlikely anyone on this website will have will detailed information with which to answer. You might want to email directly to your hotel unless it is the Hotel Ibis Charles de Gaulle Aéroport in which case you%26#39;ll catch the free CDG Val shuttle to Terminal 2. The CDG Val passes every 4 minutes from 4:30 am and takes less than 8 minutes to reach the terminal.
I recommend you arrive at terminal 2 no latter than 5 am.

We stayed at the Ibis at the airport once. Very nice, quick breakfast buffet if you need it, check when they open. The Ibis is across from Terminal 2, but you have to take the shuttle. They run very often and will get you there very quickly.

As said, there are 7 IBIS hotels surrounding CDG. I use this one:
ibishotel.com/gb/…index.shtml
The one closest to the airport (ibishotel.com/gb/…index.shtml)
was FAR too loud for me. Stayed there twice and swore I never would again. Perhaps it was just my bad luck.
There were navettes to Terminal 2 the last time I stayed at both hotels. However, to be safe, as Sarastro said, it would be best to confirm directly with the hotel. All staff spoke English if that is an issue.

Hi --
I recommend that you check with your airline for their requirement for check in time. I would then arrange to arrive at least one half hour earlier than that.
CDG is the place with the slowest moving, unidentifiable cause lines in the world, and while your flight may be early, it%26#39;s not the earliest so there will have been plenty of time for lots of lines to form.

I stayed at this one: Ibis Aulnay Sous Bois at CDG in June during an 8 hour stopover to Reunion...and from the hotel...if you let the front desk know when you need to leave, they%26#39;ll inform you to the times the shuttle comes around...when I was there...it was every 30 min.
On the way back I stayed at the one right outside Terminal 3...it was much nicer and didn%26#39;t have to worry about shuttles. I wouldn%26#39;t stay at the first one again.
