Can anyone suggest me to opt or not to opt for this hotel. I am going with my in-laws and would appreciate if any one can give me their advice.
Also, does anyone have any details on its exact location and its closeness to the promenade de anglasi.

This hotel is at Nice Airport. It is not really convenient if you are intending to visit Nice city including the popular end of Promenade des Anglais as you will need to take transport every time. However there is a good bus service. It has 2 things going for it:-
1) It is cheap
2) It is convenient for the airport.

The Etap is also clean but it is a long way from anything of interest. The only reason for staying there is the price. If you can possibly afford it stay much closer to the centre of town.

I%26#39;d only stay there if my budget was severely restricted, if I were a student backpacker, if I needed to stay one night to catch an early flight. It%26#39;s way out of town, and even if you can catch the bus out there, the buses stop running about 8pm, just when you%26#39;ll be wanting to go out for dinner (it%26#39;s unlikely that the food, if there is any, will be appetizing in the hotel). I%26#39;ve stayed at Etap hotels elsewhere, not in Nice, but it%26#39;s a chain, and they should be pretty much the same wherever they are. As LondonBob says, they%26#39;re clean, but because they%26#39;re targeting the budget market, the furnishings, fixtures, linen etc are functional. If this is your holiday, I%26#39;d look for somewhere closer to the town centre, even if you%26#39;re on a budget.

Does anyone know the recepiton hours at this budget hotel? My arrival time as late as 11:00 pm that is my concern about reception hours.
