Nice Pebbles - Promenade Apartment

Has anyone stayed in this apartment? We are looking to rent an apartment for four on the promenade with a view and this one looks pretty spectacular. Would like to see if anyone has any feedback on this apartment as I can%26#39;t find any reviews when I do a search on the forum. Thank you!

The apartment does have spectacular views but bear in miind that there are 6-8 lanes of traffic 6 floors below. Also, as the website says, it%26#39;s 20-25 mins to Vieux Nice. That said, I would always recommend Nice Pebbles and you can be sure that the apartment will be excellent.

I see your request was on August 2007, we are currently looking at this apartment for July 2009 and I was wondering if you got any replies, or if you in fact did stay and if so what was it like.

We did stay at the Promenade! It was beautiful and very spacious. The noise was sometimes a bit much from the traffic, but I%26#39;m telling you that the view made up for it. We didn%26#39;t mind the walk to Old Town and the shopping area. The apartment is decorated in Art Deco and it was very well furnished. The internet was not working for us because of some communication strike or something. We ended up walking to Love Cafe and using their WiFi...and Matt knocked off $$$ from the onsite arrival amount. There is no parking, so we parked on the street. Someone bashed in our car window but there was nothing to steal, it was unfortunate...but it certainly didn%26#39;t ruin our day or our trip. The supermarket is close by. Waking up to that view is pretty spectacular!! Ahhh...I miss it every day.
